Of course! Finaplix is legal in most places..kits are legal...the conversion, well some places take a different look at the actual conversion. It is perfectly legal where I am from...just do not try to sell it!

Hey bro, yes they are legal to buy and have. Its once u use it to convert lets say fina/tren then thats where u run into legal problems. And that goes for pellets also. Not illegal to buy its once its converted u run into trouble.

I doubt it. There may be some grounds to get the person selling the kit in trouble at that point... but how come people can publish books on how to make bombs or convert semi-automatic weapons to fully-automatic? It's nothin but knowlegde, and this is a free country damnit!

The only part of a fina kit that may be a little "sticky" with legality is the vial of BA... and thats only when shipped by the postal system.

If my memory serves me right (been a while since I worked for CanadaPost), I think BA is on the list of dangerous products you cannot ship by mail.

But UPS/FedEX is a whole other ballgame.
