    Thumbs up Hi! New member here

    Hi everyone! My name is Joel, i have lifted since i was 18, so that makes 4 years, but only 2 years have been serious lifting. I am currently 210, 6'0 and my bf is about 18%(damn long time bulking). I have been posting to many other forums, like elite, anabolicfitness, anabolex and muscletalk. I have done 2 cycles before, first was Deca only 400mg for 8 weeks, ut was not big succes only few pounds with little strenght gains. It was Norma's but i thin it was underdosed, or something. My second cycle was 500mg testex 8 weeks, deca 400mg 8 weeks, russian prop 50mg ed 2 weeks. I think tha prop was fake because my strebght gains started on week 5-6, but i gained about 20lbs and kept most of it. I will start my third cycle on january
