just started a cycle of :
sust 250 500mg/wk 1-15
eq 400mg/wk 1-15 (dropped to 400mg/wk from 600mg/wk)
winny 50mg/ed wk 12-18
arimidex .25mg/ed
im looking to stay hard and get harder but also put on some good quality mass! do you think this will do the trick ?
stats: 6' 180lbs 22yrs 8%bf
common guys any advice on this ?

cycle looks good, but i think for a first cycle u only need 12 weeks max on the test. use winny from 8 - 12! should be fine !
nope its my second cycle my first was durabolin alone for 8 weeks at 200mg/week ! gained about 25lbs ! and thats after training hard for 3 years straight !

naw bro i mean 10 lbs weight wise. oops make that 12 now . and probably 15lbs strength. i didnt start seeing it until about week 5
The effectiveness is going to almost solely be based on your diet. If you eat big and clean, then yeah you can lean out alittle bit while gaining some size. I always thought it was much easier and attainable of a goal to bulk when your bulking and cut when your cutting, not trying to do alittle of both at the same time, but thats just IMHO
