    while on cycle

    This might belong in the supplement forum, but it does have to do with gear.

    I'm curious what supplements one should take note of while on cycle,
    Any others than the ones i've listed?

    Protien(of course)
    Multivitamin
    Vit. C
    Flax seed oil
    Milk thistle
    Does CLA, and R+ala have any benefits?
    What other supplements should be added?

    BTW cycle will be Enanthate ,EQ,Tren ,Prop,Var.

    Toss the milk thistle and use ALA. Tylers or Liv 52 would be optimum.

    Pantothetic Acid(B5)

    This is what I use on and off a cycle to help with sides:

    Milk Thistle - Liver
    ALA or r-ALA - Liver
    vit. C - Kidneys
    vit B-5 - Acne
    Multi-Vit - Need to take it
    Potasium - Cramping
    Tauraine (sp?) - Cramping
    Borrage Oil - Joints
    2 gallons of water - Hydration
    ECA - Energy durring PCT

    These I use no matter what I'm doing:
    Protein Powders
    Creatine
    CLA
    Flax
    Primrose Oil
    ECA
    2 gallons of water

    This is what I use while on a cycle-And when off remove #5.
    1.Multi Vit.
    2.Evening Primrose Oil
    3.Alpha lipoic Acid
    4.Flax Seed Oil
    5.Liver ease
    6.Ester C
    7.Calcium citrate
    8.Vit. E Mixed toco
    9.Beta carotene
    10.B complex
    11.Optimum's 2222 Amino acid tabs
    12.Glutamine powder
    13.Eas and labrada protein powders

    This works for me, I don't eat many fresh veggies so I rely on pill form vit's alot, more than I should....but it's better than nothing....
