    blood test results.....good or bad?

    21 yr 5'11" 240lb............

    cholestorol 223 ldl 158

    free test: 116 pg/ml

    biovailable test: 237 ng/ml

    You didn't list the units of measure, but if those are the standard panels, those numbers are terrible.

    Normal range for free test for a man your age is 47-244pg/ml so thats not bad

    Your bioavailable is low. Normal range for a man your age is 400-1080ng/dl

    Urine test should be 25-125

    Whats your HDL?

    I apologize bro, I listed the incorrect range for your bio
    The correct range is 130.5-681.7, so that puts you at the low end of normal.

    YOu should do some cardio to get your HDL up between 40-50

    IGF is fine
