gyno help

I got gyno from taking winny. I have a little lump and it's only in my left nipple. It's not that noticable, but I want it to go away or atleast shrink in size.

I have already taken (20) 20mg Nolvadex . It seemed to help a little. I am thinking of trying 50mg of proviron and 20 mg of Nolvadex per day.

Will this help reduce the size of the lump? How long should I use it for?

try 80mg a day of the Nolva until you notice some affects then bump down to 20 and run it until the lump goes away.

Hey bro, do not run the proviron off cycle. It will shut u down. IMO 20mgs of Nolv is plenty. Run it for 2 - 4 months or untill lump is totally gone. Good luck!
