It's accurate if you are doing it and gaining weight...if not...bump the calories 500 per week until you notice gains in weight. As far as the protein, that would be the minimum I'd take in.
I like to take in 2 to 2.5 grams of protein of body weight a day in while on AS.
I weighed around 160 at 5'7" my first cycle and took in around 4000 cals a day while bulking.
