Half a cycle on how long off?

Ok so I got screwed on my cycle and was not able to finish the bulking cycle due to getting scammed. If I cycled on for 6 weeks how long do I have to be off before starting a cutting cycle. I am 5'11'' almost 250 really bulked I want to cut out all the fat and work on the cuts a little bit I want to be cut but not as much as going to a show. What would be the best cycle deca and winstrol ? or primo and winstrol how many mgs a week how many times etc...

general rule....time off=time on. take six or eight weeks, get ALL your shit together, and hit it hard again. (emphasis on get ALL your gear before you start!)

as for next cutting cycle eq@600 8 wks , test @400 8 wks ,winny wk 6-11 @50 mg ed, clomid 12 hrs after last winny @300 day 1,100 for 10 days and 50 mg for 10 days
