Supposedly it makes you secrete more GH. It also keeps you in deeper sleep longer. I've ummm.. *tested* it out a umm... *few* times :-) I WOULD NOT do this before you go to the gym or anything like that. Be vary carfull please. Dosage per ml of the liquid varies HUGELY. I would never use it to actually gain muscle, there's many safer and more effective ways to do that. Never mix it with alcohol
Oh yeah... Sex on this stuff is like touching the hand of god. :-)
