Short term HGH gains
Is it just me or am I noticing effects from hgh just a week in??? I run it at 3iu (5 on 2 off) by itself and my bench is up 10lbs already, 265 to 275lbs for 6 reps. Not only that but all of my lifts have improved almost instantly by at least a few good reps.
On a side note, the skin looks very good and hands feel swollen for the first time this morning.
I mean I'm pretty sure it's all placebo but hell I'll take it anyways the gains are there!! Has anybody noticed something similar to this?

I also noticed nice strength and weight gains with GH, but it's primarily due to fluid retention, as you have indicated you're already experiencing. Next, watch for numbness in an arm or leg. That's usually next, lol.

I'm taking hgh too, and along with test prop e/d. finnished my dbol a week ago but I've got a lot more water than usual, I mean a lot. My squat is up 440lbs x5 and my bench also. Skin looks in very good order now as well.
Hmmm, could be something in it!! But hell, who gives a shit - - as long as the gains keep coming, I'll keep getting bigger!!

Nice Base!! That's 200kg for 5 reps!! What is the bench up to?

My bench is only up a bit 140x2 but thats hard fucking work mind you - never been a big bencher!!
Haven't done any cleans or snatch for a while so must get into them again! I want my squat up to 220kg soon.Could probably do it now if I used wraps but I don't. i don't even wear a belt - EVER. If you need them then you're doing something wrong somewhere - always keep good form - thats my moto!
