Tightness under nips?

Yesterday I started to get a tightness under my nips, so I took some Nolva and the tightness was gone by morning. If I am taking letrozole and I get the gyno at bay with the Nolva will I have to worry about any rebound effects? Should I stay on the Nolva till I am done with my cycle or can I stop after a few days and then start if I need it?
What do you guys think?

I'd stay on the nolvadex 20mg/ED until your last day of clomid...all the way through. I've done this starting in week 4 (when the nips starting getting sensitive and swollen) in both cycles I ran and never had any problems with gyno.

I just started the nolva and the tightness has gone. so I will lower the dose to 10mg/day and keep lowering it unless I notice it coming back.
