Workout: 5 days week
Cardio: 3 days week
Bench max: 310 - maybe 315 but the spotter lifted a little soon.
I think that should be about it for stats.

Ive searched the threads and read as much as possiable to make an educated attempt at this so, fill me in on anything i missed, and if you can tell me what to expect i.e. gains, setbacks, sideffects, and how much variation of the workout each week.. month.. thanks alot
