Hi.. I'm going on my 2nd cycle this autumn and would like som advice/opinions on what I've come up with so far. First stats:
I'm 6,2 @ 192lbs (was 6,1 @ 145lbs before AS) and 23yo. I've always been skinny but want to change that. I've trained for about 4 years (3 years serious) and is keeping a very clean diet. I've also always been able to eat fat food without gaining any weight. High metabolism I suppose. I eat about 2500kcal/day now but will eat as much as 4-4500kcal/day when I start. Lots of quality protein. Enough about that.. To my upcoming cycle:
week 1-14 Deca (400mg/w lower dose @ week 11-14)
week 1-10 Sustanon (500mg/w lower dose @ week 10)
week 1-6 D-Bol (40mg/day lower dose from week 4-6)
week 11-16 Winny (75mg eod)
week 11-20 Clenbuterol (peek at 100mg w15, w16)
week 16-18 HCG (5000 i.u./5 days)
week 17 Clomid (100mg)
week 18 Clomid (50mg)
(I work out at the gym 5-6 times a week when on AS, 4-5 times when of AS, depending on my work schedule.)![]()
I've also got Nolvadex from the beginning, if necessary. I don't really know if this cycle is a bit "overkill" so pls let me know what ya all think.
I'm hoping to gain a lot of quality mass without loosing to much post cycle.
