I'm not sure if this is your first time doing spot injections, but it is very normal to get real sore at the injection spot for the first few shots (especially if it's your first time doing spots.
I'm pretty sure that T 400 has a high BA, so I'm sure that plays big part in you getting real sore and irritated.

what about breaking the 1cc in halfs do each shoulder and glute etc..

wow, what a trooper, spot injections with 1cc of T400? My buddies ass swelled up for a week and a half from 1cc in the glute. I told him to dilute but he didn't.

t-400 is a little painful at first, but you get used to it. i can say i am loving it. try mixing it with deca . it is almost painless. a light massage after the shot and you won't feel a thing the next day. my girl rubs my ass and delt for about 2-3 minutes after and i feel nothing the next day.
