Well that depends if you need to or not, what were your previous cycles and how did you respond to those doses?

Decent gains went from 200 to 212 but alot had to do with winny and diet that kept gauns to a minimum.
This cycle now that I just started is 1000mgwk sus 400wk Deca, and that is where I am at now. The rest of the plan is go wk 2-12 500sus. Deca 400mg wk 1-6. Tren 7-12.
or Deca 1-4 Tren 5-8 then add the deca back 9-12.

You should still be ok with 500mg Sus and 400mg Deca. I don't think you need to run a gram right now.
