ready to join the darkside.... 1st cycle

hey fella's just hoping someone will comment on my cycle. My stats are: 22 years old, 6'1, 200, bf is around 16-18%. This is my first cycle and my goal is to get cut up - lower bf and add lean muscle

The plan so far is prop and winny:
50mg winny eod
450mg prop wk
arimidex - if gnyo signs appear
clomid - post cycle

I was also wondering: for a diet on a cutting cycle what should my calorie intake be around? i know this depends individually, but is there any info or formula i can use to calculate this? and can anyone suggest a cardio rountine that worked for them well cutting.

If you want to decrease BF% then adding clen might be a good choice

Hey floyd, as far as the diet, if you go to the members picture section and look at one of ANDRES posts, it think its a before and after of him, there is some really good diet info and charts in that thread. Good luck.

Another question... should i start winny right away? i plan on injecting both.. but there seems to be different opinions on when to start winny

How long do you plan on running the cycle? Also, I hope you don't mind a lot of injections for your first cycle, because using Prop and winny, you will be injecting daily!!!!

i plan on cycling for 2 months... just me and my boxs of needles..lol
