    What works well for joint recovery?

    Winny fuked up my knees and elbows bad. What do you guys take to help joints recover from winny?

    Glucosamine and Chondriton(spelling is wrong), and plus I like Omega-3 fatty acids, so salmon oil also. It's not going to help out a tremendous amount, but it will help. Also make sure you drink plenty of water, I would say 1.5-2 gallons per day.

    Glultamine (spelling) should help some.
    And actually that "joint fuel" they sell in GNC and other sup stores works pretty well. Just look around for it online cuz I know it's pretty pricey at GNC.
    But in time the joint pain will subside...

    Glucosamine Chondroitin - Works very well. Remember it will take around a month to feel it working...

    i beleive it dries out the joints? it could be the Synovial fluid, i cant quite remember this is what causes the joint pain, and why it usually returns to normal post cycle
