a friend of mine is wanting to cut down his bf%. He's been training forever, and is in the 12% range right now. He doesn't want to juice really, but wants to maintain his current muscle mass, and drop the fat. I was thinking of running him on clen/t3/winny. will winny be enough to stop the muscle deterioration from the t3? If you guys could help put something together I/he would really appreciate it.
