Beginner

I am considering using steroids , but I don't know where to begin. I'm 6'2" 210, with about 11 % body fat. My goal isn't to get real big, but bigger for sure. I also want to looked real ripped and cut. I don't really know much about steroids, and it doesn't look as though anyone at Purdue's gym uses them.
Does anyone have any tips for a beginner? Thanks.

Exactly what Bdtr showed you..the search engine. I spent my first year ATLEAST just researching all different AAS and cycles etc...get a basic base of knowledge built, then go from there if you have any questions. AAS is not something to walk into completely blindfolded.

Read about the AS, their use, suggested cycles, etc. - this would get you some general understanding.

Then you can use search on a specific topic - to get members opinions.

If you don't find the info you can always ask - there are lots of people who more than willing to help out.

Be sure to read the board rules as soon as possible also. That way you get off to a good start here in the AR community. Spend lots of time on here just reading and asking questions. Welcome To AR!!
