side effects

i have a annual physical soon at work..i am currently taking 500mg/wk test depo...i know my employer does not test for steroids but will the test cause any suspicious changes to things they do look at such as cholesterol/protein levels/blood cell count/etc..in the past i have been clean and everything was w/in normal ranges however this year im about 30lbs heavier thanks to the good stuff...im just a little nervous, any thoughts would be appreciated..

Increase of LDLs and HDL (cholesterol), and cytosal if Im correct...I dont think you have to worry about this though on a drug/physical test....
