I'm starting a bulking cycle of test and d-bol in a few weeks, and was wondering if it would be worth the $$ to run clen post cycle so that I could keep as much of the gains as possible, and at the same time burn off a little of the extra fat I will have accumulated bulking. If so, how would you recommend running it?

Its win win. I'd do the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. If you aquire alot of fat durring your cycle do some ECA stack on your 2 weeks off
