Clomid/Proviron ...HELP

Hey guys...

Im starting my first cycle....

10 weeks
400mg Deca/wk (Full Cycle)
Sustanon 250mg/wk (Full Cycle)

I have read on here to Use Clomid and proviron... Ok Im a dumb As*
Why these? Is Clomid by itself OK??? If so when to use after cycle.. wait 1 week etc and for how long.. how much... once a week or what??

Also Proviron, Ive read guys on here saying keep it handy.. why...??

Will the Clomid help me keep my results???

I really hate saying "do some research" - but, in this case I have to agree with contender.

Aruv, there are so many problems with your cycle - I wouldn't even know where to start to help you out.
