Just wanted to get everyone's 411 on this cycle. Does it look OK. I want to gain strenght and muscle mass, without putting on any BF. A few stats of the top of my head:
ht: 5'8, wt 190, bench 290, BF 10-15% (not sure),
Dbol 30mg 1-2 wk pink thai
Test E 400mg 1-10 wk RT
EQ 400mg 1-10 wk RT
Primo 200mg 10-15 wk Shering
WinDep50mg 10-14 wk Zam
Keep in mind I can't extend the weeks without decreasing doses.

Might want to extend the D-bol at least 1 more week, if not 2
that would be my main thing would be try to get enough Dbol to go 4 weeks instead of two. It will be about 4 weeks till the test kicks in so you will have the 2 weeks of Dbol then a drop, then a pick up at 4 weeks..
I can see your reasoning for having dbol for only 2 weeks - I assume you run it till test and EQ kick in -
the thing is they do kick in in 2 weeks, but don't get saturated till after 4 to 6 weeks - so, you can run dbol longer for that reason.
I don't know much about primo - someone else can comment on that.
I'd run winny up to one day before PCT (to maximize the PCT outcome)

I agree with this and if possible try and increase the test dose to 500mg/wk. IMO, if primo is not ran at atleast 400mg/wk, its almost worthless.Quote:

The dbol 4 weeks makes sense OK thanks. I don't have enough so I need more. If I run primo 400mg I will only have enough for 2.5 weeks. So I need more there also. That is why I asked first before starting. Any other suggestions?

I know mate....you really wanna run that Primo, huh?
You've only got 22 amps (or 12 mls) though and it's really not going to be beneficial to you to take 200mg a week for six weeks. Save it and wait till you get another 20 amps. Then you can do 400mg/wk for 10 weeks with another compound like Winny or Var for your cutting cycle. The wait is well worth it bro. Believe me.
The Winny you got there will harden you up enough at the end of the cycle and three compounds is suficient IMO.

Nick you're right. Ok dump the primo and save it for a cutting cycle next time or wait and get more primo and do it right. Uhm. Let me think about it. Thanks for all the imput bros
