What would be the most logical way to run a sust and prop cycle (assuming a sust/prop cycle is logical to begin with)? I have 10 amps of sust and 2 10ml bottles of prop (100 mg/ml). Also plenty of Nolvadex and Clomid.
I'm 5'11" 200. I've done one Deca-only cycle with excellent results and no side-effects whatsoever (except for lack of sleep in the beginning, which was probably more psychological than phsyiological). I know the Deca-only cycle is a debate that rivals the Marino/Elway debate amongst Manhattanites, but I had done minimal research at the time.
Anyway, I consider myself somwehat educated with respect to diet and training. I've learned quite a bit from this site. But I'm not really sure how to run this sust and prop most efficiently. Sust once a week and 200 mgs prop 3 days later. Or sust once a week and 100mgs prop 2 & 4 days later. Or... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
