cycle ?'s
Hey guy's I just got done with my 3rd cycle. I was happy with my results. I have another fav for u guru's. My friend wats to start a ycle it will be his first one he wants to lose weight and build some muscle. what do you think would be a good first cycle for him.

age 22
cycle exp none
goal lose weight and build some musle.

Whats the BF percentage and lifitng experience?

If he is new to working out, a great cycle would be to just work out 3-4 days a week for 6 months. Get his diet right. I think that before anyone does a cycle, they shoudl work out and eat right for AT LEAST 6 months to get a feel fro their body, their dedication, and their goals. I can't reccomend a cycle at this time.

A lot friggin' longer than 6 months of training before you hit up gear.

he has been working out for a few years he is just like one of those people who has a shity matabolisam (I cant spell) basily he is lookin for something that will help him shread some weight.
