    i agree...my muscles are so tight from EQ i always feel like they are going to rip..but stretching really helps

    yeah bro, while taking supplements stretching is KEY. Building new muscle tissue can cause harm to your body.... joints, tendons, muscles.... gotta stretch. Even when I run clen I have to stretch my calves alone for 10 minutes or ill cramp like a mofo. Give it a shot if you arent allready. peace

    bro do some cardio before you stretch. 10 minutes on the treadmill or bike and then some light stretching. stretching cold can do more harm then good. you have to realize that while on the gear your lifting heavier then usual. so warm those muscles up good. alot of guys are to lazy to do it, but you pay for it in the end.

    I had the same problem with my legs on my last cycle, running before my workout fixed it right up.

    I stretch evrytime I lift (especially when I do legs) but I still have gotten a major case of (for lack of better term) tennis elbow in my right arm and now slightly starting in my left. How the fuck do I stretch that shit out?
