Sustenon question......again!

Bros, I've been looking inot doing my first ever cycle (hopefully by the end of the year) and have been leaning towards a Sustenon only cycle. Although I am still open to suggestions from you guy's. Anycase I was planning on running it like Basskiller has laid out on his site but I need a little help with the math.............I'm from the south so you should expect me to have a problem with this part. It looks like this;

I'm sure I'm wrong but would 50ml be enough or do I need more? The way he stated it 200mgs would be 8 hash marks or a little over 3/4 of a ml, 150mgs would be 8 hash marks or a little over 1/2 of a ml and 100mgs would be 4 hash marks or a little under 1/2 of a ml.

I have more to ask but will start with this one. Thanks for any input in advance.

um...most people do atleast 250mg, if not 500mg a week

For your first cycle do something simple.

Weeks 1-12:
test en 500mg/wk (divided into 2 shots/wk @ 250mg ea)

Research anti-e's and clomid Post cycle therapy.

Actually this comes out to 750mg per week by Basskiller's calculations. His theory is this will keep the test levels even throughout the cycle (well as level as you can get with four different types of test in the single product). I'll actually be taking shots ED. After doing research on the subject it sounded pretty logical. How's that?

TTGB, my plan is to run 20mg of nolva throughout the cycle and run colmid 14 days after the last shot, standard 300mg/100mg/50mg .

Would you guys kick start with dbol?

Looks good and soundly researched my big man. I'd use the dbol but keep it about 30-35mg ED You shouldn't need more than that. How about tossing some deca or such into the mix?

you're going to shoot ED for your first cycle? I'm about 10-11 months away from having to poke myself every day and I don't like the prospect one bit.

I was trying to do the math myself:

750 mgs/wk should = 3ml/wk X 8 weeks = 24 ml

You are pyramiding a little at first so a bit more than 24 ml.

I'm not sure, but couldn't you divide these shots up to eod and basically keep the level the same. Each day shots might get old in a hurry. Just thinking out loud so that more bros can put their .02 in.

BG posted while I was typing...ed is a bit harsh bro.

Juggernaut, if you have never done gear before there is no reason to shoot that much sust for a first cycle. I know alot of guys here push these high dosages but it is not needed for your first time. Also, by using that much, you are limiting your future cycles because you will have to use the same doses or more.

My first cycle was 6 weeks of Sust 250 and deca 200. It was going to be a 10 week cycle but after everyone on here saying sust was a waste if not shot every day, I upped the doses sust 500 and Deca 400 for another 6 weeks. I gained about 18 lbs during the lower dosage the first 6 weeks. I gained another 6 the remaining 6 weeks.

What that told me was that my doses of Sust250 and Deca 200 were doing alot for me, despite what alot of the younger guys here will say. You can always add more later, but you can't take it out once it's in.

I am taking a Sust only cycle of 250 mg every five days. I love it and am getting great results and great comments. Thats just me though, I cut up pretty quick without being on anything.

The shots each day is not to much of a bother to me however I'm saying that now so you bro's might be right. I'll rethink this and might change it up to lessen the number of shots, maybe EOD might work just as well.

Big Texas I was thinking about 25mg dbol ED for weeks 1-4. I was interested in BG's dbol sandwich idea but I'll just stick with just doing it on the front. Think I should bump it up to 35mg?

Big Green, TTGB and Toolman thanks much for the input you've all given me cause to rethink this a little more.

I'd start with 30mg and see how that does first, than again you are a big guy so yeah maybe 35mg will be better. If sticking yourself ED isn't a concern than I'd go with this. It looks well thought out and very well planned.

Bros and Big Texan, if i was to add Deca to the mix how much and what doses for an eight week cycle would you recommend. I was doing some reading up on this since you mentioned it Big T.

Well with deca and considering the dosage of sust your doing, I recommend 400mg a week divided up into 2 shots like 200mg on Mon and 200mg on Thur or however.

Tke61, what height and weight were you at when you satrted? Glad to hear you're getting good results. Another question for you; you running nolva throughout as well and what have you planned for post cycle recovery?

Ok, I'll throw my thoughts in:
ED shots of sust will suck! Even though it's only 100mgs/day, sust leaves me sore for a few days. I just finished a sust/d-bol cycle and loved everything but the soreness of the shots. I did 750mg sust for 10 weeks and 30mg of d-bol for the first 4 weeks. I start my clomid on Monday. I am very happy with the results and feel it was worth the pain involved, but ED shots do not sound fun at all. And, I agree with the other guys, try test enth and d-bol, and possibly some Deca before jumping on the sust. JMO.

Thanks Rastus I'm giving it some more thought. What kind of gains did you get form your cycle and how was the water retention?

My strength gains were amazing. I went from doing 225, 5reps on bench to doing 315 for 2 reps. All my other lifts went up also. I gained about 25 lbs. and have only lost about 2-3 lbs so far (last shot was 2.5 weeks ago). The water retention was not bad. I knew it was there (lost some vascularity) but I am losing most of it now. My vascularity is coming back good. The water retention wasn't anything that was too noticable. My rings got a little tighter, but not where I couldn't wear them or anything.

Bro thank sfor the input. I'm very intersted in how well it will work in my case. I'd love to see if I can get passed 415 x 3 on the squat.

I talked with Big T so I might throw in some Deca as well.

Since this is your first cycle.... I'd keep it with just the test and not add deca. I'm not a big fan of deca for newbies, it's rather harsh on the HTPA and if you're not experience it may be difficult to recover from. If you choose to run another compound run EQ at 400-600mg every week the entire length of the cycle, you'll be pleased with the results. I'd also run this cycle 10-12 weeks, not eight.

Funny you'd mention extending the cycle because I was thinking the same thing and a couple of other bros mentioned it as well.

I'll do some more research on the EQ and see if I should throw it in. If not then I'll just run dbol on the front with the sust. With me being in my late thirties I was thinking by keeping my body saturated and really staying on my diet post, during and after I should see some decent size, which I hope I can keep when all is said and done.
