i will be starting my first cycle beginning january 1st. i will be shooting deca and i have the 5mg pills of dball. how should i take them??
should i pyramid them or should i take the throughout the cycle.

a friend recommeded that i pyramid like this
week deca dball
1 100 10 week
2 200 15
3 300 25
4 400 25
5 400 25
6 300 15
7 200 10
8 100

no need to pyramid them up and down. dbol at 35-45 mg/wk and deca between 400-600 a wk

dont do anything like that, stay with something like dane said. do 400mg deca and 40 mg dbol every day. run the deca for the full 8 weeks and the dbol for te first 4. get some clomid for post cycle and some kind of anti estrogen just in case
