Sus. cycle help

This would be my second cycle and i wanted to know how a Sust./Eq. cycle would be.With 500 mg a week of sust and 400 mg a week of Eq.....Also could someone explain to me wat anti e's i should be takin and when and how many????

I would run about 15mg's nolvadex a day and some clomid pct, not sure on the dose of clomid ive never taken it yet but will with my next cycle (sust. 250)

shoot 250mg of sust and 200mg of eq every third day in the same pin, take arimidex or liquidex at .5mg per day and youll be good

You should see some real good gains. Two of my friends are on sust 250 deca 300 with 500 sust and 400 deca in weeks 5 and 6. So far they are in week 4 and 8 and 14 pounds bigger. I would run 50 mg of proviron ed after your second week. If you dont want Proviron take 20mg of nolv ed the whole cycle. You'll save money on the Nolv and it should not effect your gains.
