I would like some help for a first timer. I'm 6'4 255 with 13-15% bf 23 yrs. old. I have a good base. I'm looking for strength gains and about 15 lbs. I'm thinking about propinate to kick it off combined with enanthate. 10 wks. Can i also get suggestions on anti-e. What should i get, and the doses. Also, when to take the clomid, nolvadex etc. If i train hard and continue to eat once i am finished will that allow me to keep my gains. Should i taper off or keep the same doses throughout.
