pro - preworkout boost, postworkout recovery boost
con - not stable levels, not as effective as it could be

Very interesting question...
I'd personally take it everyday. D-bol has a short half life. Because of this fact, you need to consume it everyday (and throughout the day) to keep a steady level of chemical in your blood.
