Should I take Taurine with my Clen/t3 cycle?

I was reading the clenbuterol handbook and noticed this:

Taurine MUST be used with clen at 3-5 g daily. Clenbuterol depletes taurine levels in the liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver.

Does this mean that if I am taking T3 at the same time, that the taurine would have a negative effect?

Someone please help, people with experience in clen/T3 cycles please respond.

No it would not have a negative effect. You want to make sure your taurine levels are high once you come off of clen and T3. peace
