anyone, cycle help?

I am new to the forum and wanted to compliment all the cool heads out there that don't mind helping a brotha out.

Anyway, I have trained off and on for about 8 years now. I am now 27, 5'10'', 190 pounds. I have about 13% BF.

I was hoping someone could help me out with a good cycle.

This is the gear I have.

100 tabs anadrol 50mg
14 250' 1ml sustenon amps
7 2ml amps of deca
60 tabs nolvadex
24 tabs clomid
plenty of hcg to finish

How many mg/ml is the Deca ? Looks like you dont have enough gear to do a good cycle. Need more Sust and Deca. At least enough for 10-12 weeks. No sense in cutting yourself short, your almost there.

the deca is 200mg/2ml

I was thinking
2 anadrol ED week 2-8
500mg sus per week1-8

How should I use the deca?

I have nolvadex 60 caps
I also have 24 clomid
and 5000iu of hcg for after cycle

When should I use these?

Not a big fan of anadrol to many side effects. You really need for gear then what you have. Worst come to worst though
500 mg sust wk 1-7
200 mg deca wk 1-7
50mg anadrol ed week 1-5

keep anti est on the side.

You should look to get more gear to increase the sust to
500 mg sust wk 1-10
400 mg deca week 1-10
