Im popping my cherry with some liquid clen, and some liquid t3, finally getting off this keto diet(saw great results and will do it again,lost close to 15 pounds in 4-5 weeks) but its time to start training again my arms shrunk up too much. should I stay on a 40/30/30 diet for clen and t3 and continue cardio in the morning(hiit) and weights in the evening???
just trying to burn off the fat before I do my REAL first AS cycle.
