    Shaking it.

    Just wondering who shakes thier bottles before drawing out of them? Good idea or no? I've seen on some bottles where it says to shake before use.

    if it's a water based suspension, i would shake, if it's oil, there isn't really a need, but i still do anyway, old habits die hard
