Glute Infection from shot, what kind of antibiotics

I think I may have a glute infection. The sight where I injected a 1.5 inch needle is slightly swollen and warm to the touch. I was wondering what kind of antibiotics any one has taken for this. I do not want to go to a Dr. but have full access to anything I want. Any help is appreciated.

If you do have an infection and you're not allergic Keflex is the drug most often used for cellulitis. Gting inflammation following a shot is not unusual and is usually not an infection.
