    What In The World Is This ?

    Can someone out there give me input on to what is ALA and R-ALA?

    And where to find it if over the counter!!

    ALA is really rs ALA
    R-ALA is just that.
    The theory is that R-ALA is more usable by the body and gives you more benefits.

    i appologize, i should have mentioned allsportsnutrition.com. my bad

    i agree about gnc, and personally i dont' buy from there, but i just assume that someone gets the idea of where to obtain it when i say gnc
