    anavar cycle help?

    how much anavar would ineed for a anavar only cycle andwhat would be the gains, ijust finished deca only cycle gained about 12 pounds no sides, kept what i gained... wanting to try anavar only just wanting a about 10 more pounds of good mass withorals...input please...

    30-40mg ED with at least 200mg test a week would be a good small cycle.

    I did 30mg/day the last few weeks of my cycle -pretty much after all the test was out of my system and thought it worked well even at that dose. (I weigh 244.)

    It did have the unexpected side effect of making me nauseated for the first week or so, so be prepared, it's not unusual.
