my leg workout is 225 worm up 305+8 365+5 405+3 then I did 450 like pussy weight and that was my old max when I was nartural now it cake.
I figure in a week or 2 I will be well over 500 and by the end of my cycle I plan to be over 550 hopefully.
then I do extions and curls and calfs
Don't expect too much too fast, that can lead to injuries...and that's the last thing you want right now. Play it safe, but push yourself. Good luck with the cyc.
