-This is my third cycle the first two cycles I used: EQ by itself. It's the only thing I had or that I could get. I liked the results.

I was just thinking of a simple test cycle.

-Test sus. 250 mg- 1 cc (10 week cycle)
-Run Nolvadex and PROVIRON during the cycle.
-Run Nolvadex and Clomid for post cycle.

-Here is my question: How long should my post cycle be.
-also if I run nolvadex and proviron during the cycle how much water and bloat will I hold. I no bloat is diffrent for each individual but in your experience with Nolvadex do you hold a lot?

-Please any help is welcomed.

At 200+ I do not believe that 250mg/wk of sust is going to render results you will be happy with.
In addition, Sust should be shot more than once per week. Up the doseage to 500mg/wk and inject twice p/wk.

You shouldnt have much bloat off that (the 500) with 10mg nolva ed and 50mg proviron ed...or 20mg nolva and 25 proviron
