    Exclamation I'm Baaaaaaaaack....

    Hi bros,

    I know I've been away for a few months. I had to take some time off from the board and from the whole gym mentality in general so I could start sorting out some long-overdue stuff. I'll be posting as much as possible and checking the board regularly. I know there are many new members, I'd like to say "Welcome to AR!" to them, albeit belatedly. Also, to the members of AR who've been consistently helping out and giving their time and energies for the betterment of the board, much thanks and respect. Being away from the board really made me realize how much time and effort our active Senior Members put in here. Thanks guys.
