have heard different views about sex/jerking off - i have heard that you should not do either while on the sauce. something about losing natural and/or synthetic each time you "relieve" yourself. inturn less gains and someother things along these lines. thanks

my boxing coach used to tell us not to fuck the night before a competition, yet i recently read a study that sex prior to competition increases performance as one is less nervous and anxious---unless of course youve embarrassed yourself with a poor performance
