    inject after working out?

    Hey guys quick questions... say on bice and trice workouts, would you inject eq and test prop after or before workout... And i mean like ex:

    i'm working out bice and trice today... Should i inject into my bice before my workout or after my workout...

    or...

    shoot i just shoot some where else?

    If you're going to spot inject, I'd go with right before the workout. It'll give you that mental edge and might push you harder.

    I always inject the muscle group I'm working that day, I don't know if its just mental but it seems to keep the soreness away.

    so you do it before? Like on bicep days inject into the bice before i workout?... or like on delts, inject into the delts before the workout right?

    Same here, tren goes in 1-2 hours before workout.

    If the muscle is gonna be sore anyways, give it a good reason

    Yeh sorry I wasn't to clear, I inject before. It makes sense to work the muscle hence work the oil into the muscle. I have no proof to back that up, just seems to make sense.

    What size/gauge do you use for Bi/Tri/Delt injects

    I'm guessing 25 guage 1/2"-1"?

    25G 1inch... but i dont go in all the way
