Help! Sperm count zero. What should I do?

Hey Bro's,

As some of you know, I've been on Test for a very long time. Probably around 18 months. lately I've just been taking a maintenance dose of around 250mg every 7-10 days. Heres the problem. I had my sperm count checked yesterday and got the results today.

Sperm count Me: O normal: 60-300
Motility Me: 0 normal 0-61
Head Morphology Me 0
Tails Morphology Me 0
PH Me 8.5 H Normal 7.2-8.0
color Yellow

I can't stop right now because I'm about to undergo some intense physical training. It will last probably around three months. I can't afford to go through the crash. After that I want to start HCG and discontinue Test. Any ideas on how long before, my sperm count will resume, if at all. What would you guys recommend to get my count back up to normal. I wan't to have kids with my fiancee/soon to be wife. I'm really concerned about the situation. I know I've been on way to long, is this normal for being on this long and is their any hope of getting back to normal.

It's been said that testosterone supplementation is a more effective means of birth control and the pill/deprovera/patch for women. something to the tune of 99.9 percent.
You should be alright eventually, but you must do your clomid/hcg postcycle in order to make sure you keep whatever gains you've been making.

chris is absolutely right test suplements give a birth control rating of 99.2 percent. The study was by Oxford in 98. Depending on your body it may take anywhere from 1 month to 4 years to get your sperm count back up to normal.

Yep test is the ultimate male birth control. I believe the gov'ts paranoid veiw of steroids has kept researchers from developing it and making it readily available. I've got my kids and don't want anymore so it isn't an issue with me.

Dude, stop taking the test and get on PCT. This decision to stay on can effect the rest of your life.

Get off the gear bro, or at least figure out what is more important to you. Thats my advise. 18 months thats way too long if you ask me.

I know of countless members who concieved while on cycles. Very long cycles may produce 0 counts though, as was posted.


Start your HCG till testicles are back to normal size. Run a typical Clomid/Nolva scheme but extend it out for about 4 more weeks. Get blood work, repeat as nessicary.

Yes, i remember a thread way back about some members conceiving while on a cycle. Dont be stupid. And about your problem, i would run a PCT just like bathgate said and keep getting it checked out. I am sure there are specialists that you could go too if you dont normalize.

I know exactly what I would do if I was in your shoes, NUT inside every chick I meet!! I wish I could have an on/off switch when it came to my sperm factory. (too many close calls) Seriously though if you have future plans of having kids I would get with the PCT, not worth the risk.

I had my swimmers tested at one time when I wanted a child, the test results were the same as yours. I continued some additionhcg treatments and then took clomid for about a month. I had my sperm tested again 3 months later and they were in the hundred thousands, which is still low but they were producing again. Well, omn there way back to normal. By the way I was running long cycles 2.

Bro's, thanks for all the helpful comments and advice. I can't tell you how much I was stressing yesterday when I got my results back. Now that I've calmed down I realize I shouldn't be surprised, considering how long I was on. All of you have helped me out tremendously with everything. Thank You.

Just take soo much clomid so that all day your seeing dots and blurry, and so much HCG that you balls can't fit in your pants anymore ... Then u'll blow the biggest loads ever, elephant size loads, and theres bound to be atleast a few thousand swimmers in there.

It's funny but I too believed people on this very board when they said Test is a contraceptive. Just so people are clear TAKING TEST DOES NOT SHUT DOWN YOUR TESTES. Unless you take large enough dosages over a long period of time.

My g/f became pregnant while I was on a cycle. We weren't upset by this because we'd already decided to have a child (but a little later on).

It worked on guys who still had azoospermia (zero sperm) a full year after stopping steroids , so it could work for you, if needed.

back to normal, i stopped juicing about 6 months ago and up to now i still have problem getting a full recovery, i started my cycle of HCG 2 weeks ago i still got to go 8 weeks more follow by clomid a month cycle
of it, hopefully this will trigger my recovery for good u no,
now 18 months is too long frank but is not the end of the world,
the good thing is that u will start HCG, once u start it, u will gain confidence and feel much better sometimes its all in the head u no,
however keep working on it, u will get back to normal,
i'm also working hard to get back to normal again,

Bro, I'm not sure? Lots of variables involved as to when your system will shut down. I'm not really sure when mine did. I got no noticeable sides: No sack shrinkage, no probs with woodies, no gyno, nothing. Just zero sperm count. There's obviously a lot more bro's with a lot more knowledge on this then me, but thats my experience.
