Sprints are ideal when bulking. You want to get big hamstrings then this is perfect. FYI: I sprint once per week and do High Intensity Cardio 2 other times per week. I've managed to bring my hamstrings from a weakness to pretty nice size in a little under 6 months time.
I agree .. sprints twice a week are great cardio, and not too much while trying to bulk.
