    spot inject sust

    will it be effective to spot inject sust into the calve muscle if i want to increase muscle there

    Spot injections will not make that muscle group larger. If it did you would see a bunch of users with one huge as thigh and one huge butt cheek. I'm assuming you want your calves to be bigger. Its a hard muscle to develop and a lot of it has to do with genetics, but in general the calves will respond well to high rep exercises. Good luck.
