How long should you run test cyp at 500mg a week. I was thinking about incresing my cycle from 12 weeks to 16 or should I bridge with something. I am 28 190lbs, 1st cycle, test only, 1-4 d-bol 25 mg a day.

Id stop at 12 for your first cycle.
