    Maximum muscle produced a week.

I've heard from different places that the maximum muscle(not including water, intramusculer fat ect) the body can produce a week is something like 4-5lbs. Is this true? Imagine if you were in a vietnamese pow camp and after 5 years of 1 meal a day and you leave 6'5 90lbs and when you got out some doctor gave you gave you all the food you can eat and all the roids that you want. I bet you would gain more than 5lbs of muscle a week.
