nolvadex and proviron from the start??

hey i`m starting a cycle of sus and deca for 12 weeks
week 1-12
400 mg deca ew
500 mg sus ew

should i take nolvadex and proviron from the start to bulk clean from water or should i do it at the end?

it wouldnt hurt to run 10mg nolva ed during cycle..better safe then have titties
