Well iam also not trying to use needles. I hate them, and i also run track so the winny will make my joints sore. dont need that

needles are your friend
If your not able to handle needles, then your not ready for steriods. Dbol in that cycle would be a waste. Test prop, or winny would be better, you'll have a hard time to find a cycle that will meet your stipulations. Try just the ECA by itself, and some clen on other weeks.
You'd be supprised how well it works.
